  6. 5. Add in Cool WATER; MIX WELL.
  7. 6. POUR ABOUT 1 GAL Mix INTO EACH PAN.
  8. 7. RefrigerateTill SLIGHTLY THICKENED. STIR.
  9. 8. RefrigerateTill Hard. CUT 5 BY 7.
  10. 9. PLACE 1 LETTUCE LEAF ON EACH SERVING DISH; Add in GELATIN SQUARE.
  11. COVER; Chill Till READY TO SERVE.
  12. NOTE: IN STEP 1, 4 LB 5 Ounce FRESH LETTUCE A.P. WILL YIELD 4 LB TRIMMED LETTUCE.
