Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Place chops in heavy skillet. Brown well in heated butter on both sides, about 5 min on each side. Add in garlic. Add in tomatoes with liquid and lemon juice. Cover, simmer gently for 30 to 40 min or possibly till chops are no longer pink in the center and are cooked and tender.
