  3. Bring potatoes to boil for 5mins
  4. Steam onions and vegetables
  5. Add steamed ingredients to boiling potatoes
  6. Add garlic, seasoning, fresh pepper, salt and smoked fish to potatoes
  7. Allow to boil for 6 more mins
  8. Mix together and allow to simmer for 1min
