Impossible Hamburger Pie/Tbo2 Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Buttermilk baking mix, (such as bisquick)
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 x Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a 10-inch pieplate. Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat lowfat milk, baking mix and Large eggs till smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 min. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 8 min more or possibly till knife comes out clean. Cold 5 min before serving.
