Impossible Caramel Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Butter melted
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Brown sugar firmly Packed
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. Flaked coconut (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender; blend at high speed for 15 seconds or possibly till smooth.
- Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle coconut on top, if you like. Bake at 350^ for 40 to 45 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold completely before cutting.
- YIELD: 110-inch pie.
- custardy filling with a cakey top.
