  • 1 1/2 c. Low-fat chocolate lowfat milk
  • 1 x Chiquita banana
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 lrg Scoops vanilla ice lowfat milk or possibly Frzn yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat chocolate lowfat milk in microwave or possibly on top of stove. Make the banana milkshake by combining remaining ingredients in a blender and processing for 10-20 seconds. Prepare the drink by layering warm chocolate and the milkshake in a mug. Enjoy immediately.
  2. Makes 2 servings.
