Hunter's Venison Sausage Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 lb Grnd venison
- 4 lb Grnd pork
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 3/4 tsp Mace
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp All-spice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
Directions
- Mix venison and pork together. Add in approx. 1/2 c. warm water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add in spices and mix well.
