Ingredients

  • 4 lb Grnd venison
  • 4 lb Grnd pork
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Mace
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp All-spice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Mix venison and pork together. Add in approx. 1/2 c. warm water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add in spices and mix well.
