Ingredients
4 lb Grnd venison
4 lb Grnd pork
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 tsp Black pepper
3/4 tsp Mace
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp All-spice
1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
Directions
Mix venison and pork together. Add in approx. 1/2 c. warm water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add in spices and mix well.
