Hot And Spicy Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn spinach
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) warm prepared Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- Crackers, tortilla chips or possibly raw vegetables cut into bite size
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Add in cheese and toss to blend. Cook on low heat on stove or possibly on medium in microwave till cheese is thoroughly melted. Stir and serve with crackers, tortilla chips or possibly raw vegetables. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
