- 3 lbs. grnd beef
- 3 tbsp. black pepper
- 5 tbsp. salt
- 6 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. dry marjoram
- 3 tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 quart. cool water
Directions
- Mix by hand and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.
