Holiday Pineapple Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Minced bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 c. Minced pecans
Directions
- Beat cream cheese with a fork till smooth. Add in other ingredients, saving 3/4 c. pecans for later use. Form into a ball and chill till hard. Roll in reserved pecans till well covered. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
