Kohl's Pineapple Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple, drain and save the juice
- 1 c. American cheese, cut up
- 1 c. Or possibly more marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 x Egg yolk Salt
- 1/2 c. Pineapple juice
Directions
- Put liquid removed pineapple into a salad bowl. Add in cheese and marshmallows. Toss lightly. Make a dressing with the juice, sugar, flour, egg yolk, and salt.
- If dressing is too thick, add in water. Pour over pineapple mix and stir gently. Refrigeratebefore serving.
