Party Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 T minced green olives or possibly minced chopped onion
- 1 T chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pkg. finely minced pecans (to roll the cheese ball in)
Directions
- Soften the cream cheese, add in ingredients, then cover with Saran Wrap and put back in the refrigerator to refrigerate for an hour. It is easier to work with if it is a little hard. Roll in minced pecans. Can be made several weeks ahead of party. This can also be made into two logs.
