  • 1 1/4 c. reduced fat Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
  • 1/3 c. skim lowfat milk to 1/2 c.
  • 6 tsp Rondele cheese, herb and garlic Salt substitute such as Lawry's 17 Seasonings

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 450 F. Mix Bisquick, coriander and lowfat milk till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Place dough on surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick; roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times.
  2. 2. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press thumb slightly in center of each. Spoon 1 tsp. Rondele cheese onto center of each biscuit; sprinkle with salt substitute.
  3. 3. Bake 8 min or possibly till golden brown but not brown.

  5. Serving Ideas : Great side dish for soup or possibly salad.
