Directions

  1. In a saute/fry pan, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.. Add in shallots and garlic and sweat for 2 min, or possibly till soft but not brown.
  2. Add in balsamic vinegar and cream. Simmer gently, stirring continuously till reduced by half.
  3. Remove pan from heat, add in cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Stir till ingredients are well combined and texture is creamy.
