Hearty Beef Stew (Micro) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound beef roast
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. Lipton Family Favorite stew mix
Directions
- Cut beef in 3/4 inch pcs, place in microwave dish. Add in stew mix and water. Cover and cook for 35 min on high. Turn dish once halfway through cooking time. Let stand 10 min. (For 400 to 500 watts ovens cook 45 min.) Can serve over cooked noodles.
