Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 sm box instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounce whipped topping Coconut and nuts

Directions

  1. Bake cake per directions in a 9x13" pan; let cold. Poke holes in top of cake with handle of a wooden spoon. Partially drain the pineapple and pour over cake. Combine cream cheese with lowfat milk and pudding; beat till smooth; spread on top of cake. Spread on the whipped topping; garnish with some nuts and coconut
