  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. finely minced or possibly chopped onions
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream (low fat can be used)
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix soup, lowfat sour cream, cheese, potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Spread on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs over mix. Drizzle butter over mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. This recipe will take full hour to bake. Enjoy!
