Hamburger Steak In Spanish Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine grnd beef, egg, crumbs, onion, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Mix well, shape into 6 large patties. Cook till well done on both sides in skillet. While these are cooking, mix sauce in another skillet, bring to boil and reduce heat.
