    I have looked forever for a spritz recipe that I used to get from an older gal originally from Sweden, this looks to be the closest, but in hers there were also ground almonds..use 4 oz per 1 lb butter....I use Bob's Red Mill almond flour...works great, these are traditionally made with a star shaped press tip, and in the shape of 'S' and 'O' I traded buckets of crawdads for cookies...wonderful...yum...
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
