I personally like this recipe. Simple yet very hearty for me. I enjoy grilled fish a lot. You should too!

Directions

  1. Put fish, skin side down, in disposable foil pan.
  2. Combine the lemon juice, vinegar, lemon peel, basil, garlic powder and soy sauce; pour over fish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place pan on grill.
  5. Cover grill and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with steamed vegetables as side (optional)
