Grilled Pineapple With Blueberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 lrg pineapple, peeled Vanilla ice cream Blueberry Sauce (see below)
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir sugar, honey and cinnamon. Cut pineapple into 8 spears, and brush with sugar mix.
- Grill, with lid down, over medium heat 3 min on each side.
- Cut pineapple spears in half, and serve with ice cream and sauce.
