Grandma's Spinach Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 pound ricotta cheese
- 3 Large eggs or possibly egg substitute
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8" pie crust
Directions
- Thaw spinach and drain well. Don't cook. Mix well with rest of ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till set in center. Serve warm or possibly cool.
