- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum (omit if your gf blend has it already)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for frying)
- 1/2-2/3 cup of finely chopped green onion
- sesame oil
- salt or sea salt for seasoning
