- 8 slices gluten free bread (We used Udi's)
- 1 cup whole milk (we used cream)
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 Cup gluten free all purpose flour (we used Bobs Redmill)

The French toast looks pretty good - especially with the gluten-free sausages.
