German Nudlesalat (Macaroni Salad) Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Uncooked macaroni
- 4 x Dill pickles, diced (Kosher preferred)
- 1 c. Cooked peas
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs, diced
- 1/2 x Tomato diced
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika 1/4 onion finely minced, (optional)
Directions
- Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix carefully. Garnish with fresh tomato slices, parsley or possibly sliced hard boiled Large eggs.
