German Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- Crust Crust
- 1 pkt German Chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 c. Coconut
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened Middle Middle
- 16 ounce Cream cheese
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Egg Topping Topping
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Sugar
Directions
- Crust: Mix until crumbly; Press into bottom of greased 13 1 x 8 1 inch pan.
- Middle: In large bowl, mix ingredients for the middle. Pour over crust and bake 30-40 min at 350 ; Let cold.
- Topping: Mix ingredients and pour on top of cooled cake. Chill for at least 8 hrs.
