Directions

  1. Cream butter & sugar. Add in Large eggs & beat well. Add in flour sifted with a healthy pinch of salt. Add in buttermilk & soda. Mix well. Heat chocolate & add in it with vanilla to batter. Mix well. Pour into a greased & floured 9x13x2-inch pan & bake at 300 for 30 min. Cook & frost. ICING: Cream sugar, butter & cocoa. Add in coffee & vanilla & beat till smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
  2. Sprinkle grated nuts on top.
