German Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x (9 inch) Prepared pie crust
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 6 c. Apple, cooking, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. Heavy cream Cold Whip or possibly ice cream, opt
Directions
- Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle 3 Tbsp.. into crust. Top with half the apples, Sprinkle with half the remaining mix. Top with remaining apples and mix. Pour cream over all. Bake at 450 for 10 min, reduce heat to 350; bake for 55-60 min, or possibly till apples are tender.
