Directions

  1. Saute the minced garlic onto half of the butter.
  2. Stir fry until butter melts.
  3. Pour in the veggies. Stir fry till all are covered with butter.
  4. Adjust to low heat and let is steam on its own juices fro about 5minutes.
  5. Stirring every now and then.
  6. Add the remaining butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer to serving dish.
