  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. multi-color rotini
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. dry tricolor tortellini
  • 2 1/2 c. cauliflowerets (may substitute broccoli flowerets)
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1 c. diced green bell pepper
  • 1 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1 c. frzn green peas
  • 1 T dry oregano
  • 1 T dry basil
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar Newman's Own Bandito Diavolo Sauce
  • 3/4 c. Newman's Own Extra virgin olive oil and Vinegar Dressing

Directions

  1. Serves 15 to 20 as a side dish.
  2. Cook pasta as label directs; drain. Mix together pasta, cauliflower, carrots, green pepper, olives, green onions and peas in large salad bowl.Sprinkle oregano and basil over pasta mix. Pour in Diavolo Sauce and dressing. Toss and chill at least three hrs.
