Directions

  1. Put all the tart shell ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir all ingredients stirring till blended well. Pour into greased 10-inch tart pan or possibly 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Cold for 5 min then turn tart out onto cooling rack. Cold.
  2. Place cream cheese and sugar into mixing bowl and mix till blended. Add in unsweetened chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. Add in heavy cream and blend. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then add in to filling mix and mix well.
  3. When tart shell is cold, add in filling. Drizzle chocolate syrup topping over filling. Refrigeratein refrigerator for 4 hrs.
  4. Prep time: 20 min.
  5. Cook time: 20 min.
  6. Serves: 12.
