  1. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each. add in lowfat milk and creeeam together, tehn add in fruit and flour mixtue.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour. Test for being done. After cake cools, pour blackberry wine over cake.
  3. Makes 1 loaf.
