Ingredients

  • 3 c. Low fat chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 c. Chunky peanut butter
  • 2 c. Cold Whip
  • 6 ounce Grape Nuts cereal
  • 2 pkt (sm) nutrasweet instant chocolate fudge pudding Fat free caramel topping (ice cream topping)

Directions

  1. Pour dry pudding pwdr over ice cream and work into ice cream without letting ice cream heat. Add in peanut butter and Cold Whip with fork. Add in Grape Nuts. Spoon half of chocolate mix into 8 x 8 pan. Drizzle caramel topping (as much as as desired) over the chocolate mix in the pan.
  2. Spoon remaining mix on top of the caramel. Freeze. When hardened, cut into squares and serve.
