Frozen Oreo Ice Cream Dessert Recipe

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20had%20Cafe%20Rio%20Pork%20Burritos%20for%20dinner,%20because%20I%20knew%20that%20they%20are%20a%20huge%20crowd%20pleaser.%20I%20wanted%20a%20dessert%20that%20was%20easy%20to%20prepare%20for%20a%20large%20crowd,%20but%20that%20went%20beyond%20the%20brownies%20with%20ice%20cream%20that%20is%20typically%20served.%20I%20had%20several%20packages%20of%20Oreos%20left%20over%20from%20a%20previous%20activity,%20so%20I%20decided%20to%20use%20them%20in%20something.%20My%20Mint%20Oreo%20Ice%20Cream%20Pie%20came%20to%20mind,%20but%20I%20didn't%20want%20to%20have%20to%20make%2010%20pies.%20(Who%20has%20that%20many%20pie%20pans?)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20came%20up%20with%20this%20Frozen%20Oreo%20Dessert,%20and%20let%20me%20tell%20you,%20it%20was%20a%20HUGE%20hit.%20I%20had%20so%20many%20people%20request%20the%20recipe%20that%20I%20decided%20I'd%20better%20share%20it%20here.%20It%20is%20embarrassingly%20easy.%20But%20it%20really%20is%20amazingly%20yummy!%20Since%20I%20was%20feeding%20a%20large%20crowd,%20I%20actually%20doubled%20the%20recipe%20and%20made%20it%20in%20large%20jelly%20roll%20pans.%20It%20worked%20great!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20actually%20made%20two%20varieties,%20Cookies%20&%20Cream%20(which%20is%20pictured%20here),%20and%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Mint.%20The%20mint%20was%20more%20popular,%20which%20is%20why%20this%20one%20was%20leftover%20and%20I%20was%20able%20to%20get%20a%20photo%20of%20it%20the%20next%20day.%20Both%20are%20delicious!%20And%20who%20doesn't%20love%20ice%20cream%20and%20Oreos?!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFrozen%20Oreo%20Dessert%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECrust:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHot%20fudge%20sauce%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20melted%20butter%20and%20Oreo%20crumbs%20till%20well%20mixed.%20Press%20just%20over%20half%20of%20the%20crumbs%20into%20a%209%C3%9713%22%20pan.%20Place%20in%20the%20freezer.%20Take%20ice%20cream%20out%20of%20the%20freezer%20and%20let%20soften.%20I%20stirred%20mine%20up%20about%20every%2015%20minutes%20till%20it%20was%20spreadable.%20Spread%20softened%20ice%20cream%20on%20top%20of%20frozen%20crust.%20Sprinkle%20remaining%20crumbs%20on%20top.%20Cover%20and%20freeze%20for%20several%20hours%20or%20till%20firm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20from%20freezer%2015%20minutes%20before%20serving.%20Cut%20into%20squares%20and%20drizzle%20with%20hot%20fudge%20sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Serves%2016-20%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
