  1. Mix all ingredients. Place in pie pan - freeze. Remove from pie pan. Place in heavy duty gallon freezer ba. Keep in freezer till ready to use.Remove from freezer, place in bottom crust. Allow to thaw. Top with top crust allowing steam vent holes as with fresh fruit pie. Bake as directed for fresh fruit pie. A little taste of summer in winter.
