Frozen Berry Custard (no ice cream maker necessary) Recipe

Ingredients

• Berry Frozen Custard
• Makes about 1 ½ cups
• Ingredients:
• ¾ cup mixed berries
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (I used vanilla bean paste)
• ½ cup whipping cream
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
• scald over medium high heat, then remove from heat. Add about ¼ cup of the milk
