Ingredients

• 4 cups assorted cheeses
• (I used French cheeses a combination of Hard cheese, blue Cheese , goat cheese and some leftover brie)
• 1-2 cloves garlic
• 1/4 cup white wine I used Vovray
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
