Fresh Cucumber Pickle (Ajad) Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 ounce cucumber, finely minced
- 2 sm shallots, finely minced
- 1 sm carrot, finely minced
- 1 sm red or possibly green chili, - finely minced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well till thoroughly mixed and serve.
