French Chocolate Almond Sour Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3 tsp Almond extract
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
- 4 x Sq chocolage, (unsweetened), grated
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar and then mix together with all other ingredients, except for the filling ingredients. Grease and flour a tube pan. Pour 1/2 batter into pan; sprinkle 1/2 the filling ingredients, then repeat. Marble with a knife (swirl knife through). Bake 350 for 1 hour.
