  • Nonstick cooking spray mazz
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 2 lrg Ripe bananas well mashed
  • 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Honey

Directions

  1. Tasty treats, and the recipe can also be used to make quick bread.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin c. with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon. In large bowl, using a fork or possibly wire whisk, beat egg whites lightly. Stir in mashed bananas, lowfat milk and corn syrup. Add in flour mix; stir till well blended. Spoon into prepared muffin c.. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 5 min. Remove; cold on wire rack. Fat-Free Banana Quick Bread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Prepare batter as directed above. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Cold in pan 10 min. Remove. Serve hot or possibly cold on wire rack.
