Farmer Cheese Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- Cookie crumbs
- 4 x Large eggs separated
- 1 1/4 lb Farmer cheese
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 pkt Vanilla sugar
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
Directions
- Break up vanilla, animal or possibly any flavor cookie you like (coarse pcs).
- Beat egg whites till frothy. Add in 1/2 c. sugar gradually and continue beating till peaks form. In a separate bowl - mix yolks+1/2 c sugar+cheese+vanilla+oj Mix whites and cheese mix together. Stir in flour.
- Grease 9x13 pan Spread 1/2 the crumbs on the bottom of the pan. Spread cheese mix proportionately in pan. Top with the rest of the crumbs
- Bake 350 degrees approx. 15-20 min (my oven takes longer).
