- 4 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 lb Pot cheese or possibly farmers Cheese
- 1 x Beaten egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Softened cream cheese to room temperature. Beat cheeses & yolk till smooth. Add in sugar & vanilla & beat till blended & creamy. Chill till ready to use.
