Ingredients
- 2 x cloves garlic
- 6 x ripe tomatoes minced
- 6 x green chiles roast, peel, chop
- 1 med white onion minced
- 1 tsp salt or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 bn cilantro minced
Directions
- Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add in remaining ingredients, including cilantro, if you like, and toss. Refrigeratebefore serving.
