  1. In a skillet cook cabbage, green onions and garlic in warm oil for 3 to 4 min or possibly till cabbage is crisp tender. Remove from heat and add in sausage. In a small mixing bowl mix well Large eggs, wine or possibly water, curry pwdr and salt. Stir into sausage cabbage mix. Fill the egg roll skins with the mix and brush edges with water and seal. Fry in warm oil 2 to 3 min or possibly till golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Makes 12 egg rolls.
