  • 4 Large eggs, separated
  • 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 c. or possibly 1 quart. lowfat milk
  • Grnd nutmeg to taste

Directions

  1. Beat egg yolks till thick and light. Add in Eagle Brand lowfat milk, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and lowfat milk, mix well. Beat egg whites till soft peak stage; gently fold into lowfat milk mix; chill; serve. Best if you refrigeratefor 24 hrs first. Use large bowls.
