- Heat water and butter till butter melts. Add in stuffing mix. Stir to moisten. 1 c. onion, minced 1 pound grnd beef
- Combine and cook till beef is browned. Drain. 1 (16 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed 2 tbsp. chili pwdr 1 c. grated cheese 1 can (16 ounce.) pitted black olives, liquid removed (optional)
- Combine all above ingredients with grnd beef mix. Pour into 3 qt casserole. Top with stuffing. Bake uncovered 30 min at 400 degrees. Serves 6.
