Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Onion minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 x Chops (thin, thick, bone in or possibly out - whatever you have)
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Freshly grnd pepper

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the onion in the butter till transparent. Add in chops to skillet and brown on one side. After turning, add in the mix of soup and lowfat sour cream.
  2. Trun down heat and cover. Cook 20 min, more or possibly less depending on thickness of chops. Top with lots of freshly grnd pepper.
  3. The sauce makes a kind of gravy that I serve over egg noodles or possibly mashed potatoes.
