  1. Drain the liquid from 3 1/2 cans of beets, reserving 1/2 can liquid.
  2. Place liquid removed beets in a large plastic bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and shake well.
  3. Chill over night or possibly longer if you like.
  4. Very easy, very good.
