Ingredients

  • 2 lb Boneless stew or possibly chuck
  • 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 can 7-Up
  • 1 c. Rice
  • 1 pkt Onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. Cooking wine

Directions

  1. Spread meat into small roaster pan. Pour onion soup mix over meat. Then add in mushroom soup, 7-up mixed with wine and mushrooms (in which order). Place in oven, covered, for 2 hrs at 375*. Serve over rice
